About Sambar Story and your orders

1. Who we are. www.sambarstory.com is an online marketplace operated by Blue Stripes Apparels under the name The Sambar Story. Products are made, packed and shipped by independent food brands ("Sellers"). Each product page shows the Seller's name and FSSAI number.
2. Orders. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Prices include applicable taxes and are never above the MRP printed on the pack.
3. Advance ordering. Many products are made to order. Idly and batter need at least 24 hours' notice; chapathi and pulka need 48 hours. Delivery dates are estimates and may shift for reasons beyond our control.
Delivery, food safety and bulk orders
4. Delivery area. We currently deliver only to Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry.
5. Food safety. Each Seller is responsible for the quality, labelling and FSSAI compliance of its products. Please read the label for ingredients and allergens before eating, and follow the storage instructions.
6. Bulk orders. Bulk orders are quoted at ex-factory prices and collected by the buyer or their transporter unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability, law and contact
7. Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
