The Sambar Story (operated by Blue Stripes Apparels, "we") runs www.sambarstory.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the products you order.
Enquiries and applications: details you send through our bulk-order, contact or partner forms.
Website data: basic usage information such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies.
We do not see or store your full card or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
How we use and share your information
We use your information to process, deliver and support your orders; to share your name, phone number, delivery address and ordered items with the brand that ships your order, only for delivery; to reply to your enquiries and send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp; to send offers, only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); and to meet legal, tax and food-safety obligations.
We share your information only with the brand fulfilling your order, our payment, hosting and delivery partners, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
Storage, your rights and contact
Your data is stored on the secure servers of our website platform. We keep it only as long as needed for orders, accounts, and legal and tax records.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing careconnect@sambarstory.com. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
