Shipping

We deliver within South India only: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry.
Each brand ships its own items, so an order with several brands may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping is ₹100 per order, and free on orders of ₹499 or more.
Made-to-order items ship after the advance-order time (48 hours for chapathi, pulka and bulk idli). Tracking details are shared once your parcel ships.
Bulk idli orders (100+ idlis, Tamil Nadu only) can be collected free from the kitchen, or delivered fresh to your venue for ₹250 – free on 500 idlis or more.
Cancellations
Because food is made fresh to order, you can cancel free of charge only before the brand starts preparing it. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp +91 95919 97223.
Returns and refunds
Food items cannot be returned once delivered. We will refund or replace your order if it arrives damaged, leaking or spoiled; if you receive the wrong item or an item is missing; or if it is past its best-before date on arrival.
Report the problem within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and its label to careconnect@sambarstory.com or WhatsApp +91 95919 97223. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
